Cancellation by you
Please note that your registration is binding. From the invoice is sent you are obligaded to pay the admin fee even if you cancel your registration before the invoice is paid.

• Cancellation must be done latest 4 weeks prior to scheduled workshop for the fee to be refunded(less the non-refundable signup/admin fee from sent invoice). 

• Cancellation done between 2-4 weeks (15-28 days) prior to the scheduled workshop, 50% of the workshop will be refunded(less the non-refundable signup/admin fee).

• Cancellation done two weeks(14 days) or less from scheduled training, full cost will be charged.

Sign-ups done within the four last weeks prior to scheduled workshop, only the two last points in the cancellation policy will apply.

If you should become sick, and have a valid medical certificate, or just need to change the weekend of attending, you can transfer the paid fee to a training within 6 months from the original scheduled dates to attend.

Cancellation by us
We reserves the right to modify or cancel the training if unforeseen circumstances arise. If we cancel we shall inform you as soon as possible, and your fee will be refunded.

OmniBalance is not responsible for the participants travel/accomodation costs at cancelled workshops/trainings.
